This fully featured shopping cart system includes all the facilities of the CMS and can be integrated into your website to provide you with a cost effective way of managing your site and marketing your goods, courses, events and services on the Internet.
Because this shopping cart will be completely integrated into your site, it can be fully customised and adapted to your way of doing business online.
Administration / Back end Functionality
- Support for unlimited 'shop floors', departments, categories and products.
- Easily add/Edit/Remove shop floors, departments, categories and products.
- Support for selling services, courses and physical products.
- Support for selling virtual (downloadable) products (£150.00 additional set-up cost).
- Stock Management.
- Support for vouchers and discounts.
- Basic shipping options with per items fee for UK, Europe and rest of the world (additional options can be configured upon request).
- Support for UK tax rates (this can be customised to take into account other countries' tax systems).
- Administration area secured with a username and password.
- Modules linking to WorldPay, SagePay, PayPoint and PayPal for debit/credit card processing.
- Payment by cheque option.
- Automatic email notification of orders.
Customer / Front end Functionality
- All orders are stored in the database for fast and efficient retrieval.
- Customers will be able to choose between a quick checkout option or register to have an account.
- Customers can view their order history (if they have registered).
- Automatic email notification of orders.
- Full checkout procedure including payment by cheque and/or debit or credit card.
Cost
The cost of the CMS and Shopping Cart system together is £14.00 per month, payable quarterly. Your site needs to be hosted on our own servers so a hosting package with us is also required (Gold, GoldPlus or Platinum).
If you would like to use the CMS with an existing site, your site will require the addition of some code from the CMS. The cost for doing this work will depend on how your site is coded and structured. Please contact us for more information and to discuss cost.
Other useful tools
Should you also wish to make use of our Email Marketing tool, your customers details can be automatically added to your mailing list after a successful purchase, thus enabling you to send them your newsletters, follow up emails and promotional material.
The shopping cart can also be linked to the iDevAffiliate Affiliate tracking software. Adding affiliate tracking software to your site is one of the most effective ways to achieve more sales, more traffic and a better search engine's rank!
